Kinda Review of George Strait "It Just Comes Natural" Album

George Strait is my favorite and the greatest country artist. It's hard for me to pick just one favorite song I'm teared apart between "A Heart Like Hers" and "I Just Want to Dance With You", they both are beautiful.

"A Heart Like Hers" is the reason why I'm writing this article. Before I started writing I'd listened very carefully to "It Just Comes Natural" album. I knew that it has good songs like " That's My Kind of Woman", "I Ain't Her Cowboy Anymore" and "How About Them Cowgirls". When I finished listening I realized that I liked 11 out of 15 songs that this album has to offer. I think that makes me real George Strait fan. I love almost all of his songs, he's amazing and he's the root of my love for country music.

"She Told Me So" - I believe that this song is about trust and true love. People are saying that his woman has affair with other man but he knows that ain't true because she thanks God for the day she found him. He trusts the woman because true love is about trusting each other.

Phrase of the song:
I know people say she has a lover
Referring to this guy she's come to know
Well, they,re just friends, she loves him like a brother
And she's never even kissed him, she told me so.

"That's My Kind of Woman" - After first few verses I always stop paying attention to lyrics and start to dream about my kind of woman. And I just repeat after George Strait "That's My Kind of Woman, The One I Want For Me".

Phrase of the song:
She's got a pair of boots that she just loves
And like me, like Gus From Lonesome Dove
That's my kind of woman
That's me to a "T"
That's my kind of woman
The one I want for me

"Wrapped" - He just can't stop thinking about the lover who has left. I see it this way: It's easy to say that you're over someone but sometimes heart or mind doesn't want to let someone go. I bet it happened to everyone.

Phrase of the song:
I thought I was doin' fine
'Bout to get you off my mind
I see your face and then I'm
Wrapped around your pretty little finger again

"It Just Comes Natural" - It's a song about love and if it comes natural it's a true love. Sometimes you say that you love someone but you don't really mean it, you give it too much thought. When you say it spontaneously then you really mean it.

Phrase of the song:
And I love you
It just comes natural
It's what I was born to do
Don't have to think it through
Baby, it's so easy loving you
It just comes natural

"He mus have hurt you really bad" - it's a very sad song about broken heart as you might figure it out by yourself. But I need to write something about this song, right?. When I'm listening to that kind of songs I come to realization that people are jerks. If you are in relationship and you really hurt someone you need to be punished. For me its unthinkable to hurt really badly someone I love. I couldn't do that.

Phrase of the song:
I don't know your story but it ain't hard to see
You've a heart that's broken as a heart can be
It's probably not like you at all
To mix loneliness and alcohol
He must have really hurt you bad

"A Heart Like Hers" - it's beautiful and sad at the same time. It's about a gril who's been stood up  many times by her man and she still love him and thinks that he hung the moon and stars but all he's done is string her along like this. When I listen to that song I always imagine situation like this:
I'm at the restaurant with group of friends and we're having fun. Few tables away from us there is a girl sitting by herself. She's beautiful brown-eyed blonde (That's my kind of woman). Every time that someone walks in she turns around to see if it's her man but no, he stood her up. I can;t stand to watch her hurt and I come up to her and say "He must not know what it's worth, I don't understand how anyone could break a heart like yours". It turned out that it meant to be and we live together happily ever after.

Phrase of the song:
Every time that someone walks in
She turns around to see if it's him
She checks her watch by the clock
I can't count the times he's stood her up
and one's too much

"I Ain't Her Cowboy Anymore" - it's another sad song about break up, but the way George Strait sings it makes it more compelling and great.

Phrase of the song:
Before I hit the road
She didn't come right out and say it
But I sure got the message
When I reached out to hold her
That shoulder sure was cold
Figured I'd just let goodbye run its course
I ain't her cowboy anymore

"Texas Cookin'" - this song will cheer you up and make you hungry. I could eat the heart of Texas

Phrase of the song:
We gonna need a big ol' sausage
Big ol' plate of ranch-style beans
I could eat the heart of Texas
We gonna need some brand new jeans

"A Better Rain" - I guess slow songs are my thing. I really like them. They make me think.

Phrase of the song:
No, baby, I don't know why all God's children cry
I'll miss your skin, as golden as your wheat field hair
And where you go I hope you find out there
A better rain

"How 'Bout Them Cowgirls" - they're something special. Them cowgirls are true, honest, proud, they are always themselves, not like these sophisticated city girls, hahaha.

Phrase of the song:
But she wants a man who wants her to be herself
And she'll never change, don't know how to hide
Her stubborn will or her fighting side
But you treat her right and she'll love you like no one else
Yeah, how 'bout them cowgirls

"What Say" - Nowadays there is a lot of divorces. Marriages fall apart from stupid reasons. Hey, nobody ain't perfect, we all have flaws and we need to work on them. It takes time but If you really love someone you can wait.

Phrase of the song:
It tears me up to watch
Our old friends fall apart
Let's swear right now that we'll never go there
Baby, what say we stay together
