Country Music At It's Finest
Country music is the best genre that men every created. Hundreds and thousands beautiful and meaningful songs was sung, written by country artists and songwriters. Now it's time to give attention to them, to show them little love.
First song is: If You Get There Before I Do by Collin Raye.
It's a song about true love. If you really love somebody you can wait on that person. I think everyone should listen that song at least once because it's so true.
When I read title for the first time I thought it will be a song about dying and I was a little bit skeptical but only one small part was about that and it was beautiful part.
Basically the song is a story about Grandpa telling his grandchild a story about his relationship with Grandma. How they fell in love. It's amazing story.
This part of the song is my favorite: "I read a note my grandma wrote back in 1923. Grandpa kept it in his coat and he showed it once to me. He said, boy you might not understand but long long time ago grandma's daddy didn't like me none but I loved your grandma so."
Second song is: He Didn't Have To Be by Brad Paisley.
This song is so beautiful and heartwarming that I cried a little when I heard it for the first time. It's amazing song about being step dad and commitment to be a real man. Not everybody can be a real man it takes a lot of guts, time, commitment and hard work be to a decent man. In the future I want to be as half good father as my dad is.
My favorite part of the song: I met the man I call my dad when I was five years old. He took my mom out to a movie and for once I got to go. A few months later I remember laying there in bed. I overheard him pop the question and I prayed that she'd say yes. And then all of a sudden ah it seemed so strange to me how we went from something missing to a family. Lookin' back all I can say about all the things he did for me, Is I hope I'm at least half the dad that he didn't have to be
Third song is: Don't Take The Girl by Tim McGraw.
Another song that will make you cry. If you don't cry, you don't have heart. It's a story of two young lovers and difficult scenarios at three different stages of their relationships. It all starts when the boy was eight years old and his daddy takes him fishing and young girl will join them and little Johnny doesn't want to her to go with them. Last part the most beautiful and tragic at the same time takes places fifteen years later when the girl gives birth to their baby and doctor's says to Johnny that his wife is "Fading fast" and the boy for the last time says: Don't take the girl.
My favorite part of the song: Same old boy. Same sweet girl. Five years down the road. There's gonna be a little one and she says it's time to go. Doctor says the baby's fine. But you'll have to leave 'cause his momma's fading fast and Johnny hit his knees and there he prayed "Take the very breath you gave me, take the heart from my chest, I'll gladly take her place if you'll let me. Make this my last request. Take me out of this world. God, please don;t take the girl"
